Currently, you click on "sign in" in the upper right and enter your email address of choice. (Don't choose blah at blah dot com because someone else chose that with out a password to protect ti.) If your address isn't in the system, the system asks you for a few preference and demographic details. Last time i ran stats (some years ago, really), 50% were female, 30% were male, and 20% didn't say. Anyhow, not a beginning of the end at all.
